How it works:
The high-speed movement of the internal parts of rock drill naturally requires a moving part to keep uniform lubrication. This series of oil injectors can lubricate three rock drills at the same time, oil injector can realize automatic oil injection and meet the requirements of machine lubrication. When the machine works, the pressure gas enters the inner cavity of the shell (2) from the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, and exerts pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) on the oil valve is perpendicular to the pressure gas flow direction, so under the condition of high-speed flow of the pressure gas, a pressure difference is formed at the oil outlet (3) , which causes the lubricating oil to discharge from the conveying pipe (4) , the oil small hole (3) is sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline, and at the same time forms a fog,and the compressed gas enters the rock drill and the gas leg, thereby lubricating various moving parts.Oil injector, easy to adjust the amount of oil only need to pull the oil valve handle, you can control the amount of oil injector. A volume of oil in every minute 2.5 ~ 3 ml appropriate; observation of drilling machine exhaust with oil mist that is the appropriate amount of oil lubrication normal.
Caution:
Lubrication has a great effect on continued performance and service life. It is best not to use grease lubrication, to avoid blocking the machine hole, block gas flow caused by the head, gas leg poor lubrication, reduce the efficiency of the machine and speed up parts wear
