Product Description
Rice Length Grader also named Rice Selecting Grader or Broken Rice Seperator. it can separate head rice and broken rice, rid roll stone and barnyard grass which have the same diameter and specific gravity with rice,etc. The machine is available in the last procedure of rice factory, It also can grade other grain with 30% impurities.
This model has better adaptability and higher separating efficiency. In the generating process may conveniently adjust the separator tank position, the separation effect is stable;The work cylinder enclosed type is advantageous for installing suction,does not have the dust to spread.
Main structure and working principle:
This machine is composed by the frame,the feeding house,the main shaft,the cylinder,screw,the separator tank,the discharge ring,the sleeve spindle,the discharge end bearing house,the discharge end lid, the control element (rotor arm, handwheel,screw rod) and so on(Sees attached figure).
The rice enters the cylinder by the feeding house.One end of the main shaft is supported in the feeding support,another end is supported on the discharge end bearing house by the bearing and the sleeve spindle. One end of the cylinder is fixed on the main shaft through the feeding end lid,another end is supported on the sleeve spindle by the discharge ring bearing;Screw leaf blade is fixed on the main shaft.One end of the separator tank is supported on main shaft by bearing,another end is fixed with the sleeve spindle may rotate together;The sleeve spindle is supported on discharge end bearing house by bearing,The end is fixed with the rotor arm which is the separator tank control element.The working principle of the Length Grader is that the main shaft impetus cylinder and the screw rotate together,The separator tank in exterior adjusts its position by the sleeve spindle and the control element.
This machine uses one cylinder selecting,then separates broken rice and head rice.
