Q1: Can your company provide samples FOC ?
Answer: Our products are of high value, especially the batteries. Moreover, each sample is assembled by our professional technicians, and we need to consider the technicians' time and labor costs. Therefore, we are unable to provide free samples and pay for the shipping cost. However, if your purchase quantity exceeds 300 pieces of a single style, you can deduct the cost of the sample, but international shipping cost is not included.
Q2: When does the product warranty period start ?
Answer: After-sales time starts from the time that the container arrives at the local port.
Q3: What should I do if I find that the sample or goods are damaged when I receive the parcel or bulk goods?
Answer: If you receive a parcel, please check and open the package in front of the courier. If the sample is damaged, you can refuse to sign for the package.
If it is the bulk cargo, you can still refuse to sign for the goods and take videos and pictures as proofs If it is a freight forwarding company designated by you, please ask for compensation from the local freight forwarding company. If it is a logistics service you entrust us to provide, we will use the videos and pictures that you provided to discuss with our local logistics company for compensation. Please be aware that the compensation amount will not be the entire amount of the damaged goods but only a portion of it.

Q5: Regarding electronic product development and 3D design, will you transfer technology property rights, such as: Source code and stp file ?
Answer: If the client needs source code or 3D design file for the electronic or non-electronic products, the client needs to tell us before paying the R&D fee or other fees for the project, and we will consider whether to undertake the project. From a long-term perspective, we help clients develop products, (electronic or non-electronic), we actually charge a very low R&D fee or design fee. Our goal is not to sell our technological achievements, but to assemble and provide finished products to clients. This will be treated as a long-term cooperation.
