Product Description
1. Products Application:
BSMJ series cylindrical self-healing low-voltage shunt capacitors are suitable for AC power systems with a nominal voltage of 50Hz (60Hz) of 1000V and below, so as to improve power factor, reduce reactive power loss and improve voltage quality.

2.2. The unique design ensures that the product can adapt to high ambient temperature and places where the system voltage fluctuates greatly.
2.3. Built-in discharge resistor and safety device. When the internal pressure of the capacitor increases or fails, the safety device can automatically disconnect it from the power supply to avoid the accident from expanding.
3. Technical parameter:
3.1. Tangent value of loss angle: Below 0.0012 at rated power frequency voltage;
3.2. Capacitance deviation: The difference between the measured value and the rated value of the capacitor is not more than 0~ +10%, and the ratio of the maximum value to the minimum value of the capacitance measured between any two line terminals in the three-phase capacitor is not more than 1.08;
3.3. Withstand voltage: Between poles: Power frequency 2.15Un, 2S; Pole-to-shell: For products with rated voltage of 600V and below, the applied voltage is 3.6kV and 5S; For products with rated voltage of 600V and above, the applied voltage is 7.2kV and 5S;
3.4. Maximum allowable overvoltage: 1.1Un, no more than 8h in every 24h;
3.5. Maximum allowable overcurrent:1.3ln;
3.6. Self-discharge characteristics: The capacitor is equipped with a discharge device, which can reduce the residual voltage of the capacitor from √ 2Un to 75V or below within 3min after the power supply is disconnected.
3.7. Implementation standard: IEC60831-1996.
