Product Description
DG series rod hooks are available with a load rating of either25 or 35tons and forged in high quality alloy steel, mainly used in oil-field worker.
1. The safety locking mechanism operates with a one-hand grip at thehook center of balance. This capability allows the operator to steady the hook, press the grip, open the latch and engage or remove the bailof the rod elevator in one smooth, continuous motion. Once the operator lease the grip, the safety locking mechanism will automatically returnto lock-off the hook. The new locking mechanism greatly enhances operator safety.
2. Both models are installed safety device so as to protect operator's hands. The DG35 rod hook uses elastic support and it is easy to hang, tighten and split the sucker rod threads.
3. The sucker rod hooks are manufactured in strict accordance with APIspec 8C. After the strict load and nondestructive testing,they possess the performance of superior structure strength and wear resistance.
