1:Our wrought iron doors are handmade using heavy-duty 12-gauge steel.
2:All scrollwork is constructed of 5/8"(16mm) or 9/16" (14mm) solid steel.
3:All glass is 5/8 Inch double-pane tempered insulated glass. It can be opened for great ventilation and easy cleaning. Custom Operable and Fixed glass available.
4:Our doors undergo a multi-step finishing process, sandblast, zinc galvanized, Anti rust epoxy primer, hand painting and coated with a clear lacquer to protect them from rust & corrosion.
5:Flush bolt in inactive doors are provided for all double doors.Both doors can be opened if you unlock the flush bolt.
6:Weather-stripping is installed around the all frame and door to prevent air leaks.
7:Heavy-duty hinges that can support up to 1500 pounds.
8:Package use Bubble wrap, pearl cotton, carton, wood box.If bulk cargo,we will make iron pallet for full delivery and protection.
9:Install can through Mounting Tabs or Mounting Holes, door is a pre-hung and pre-drilled unit, making it easy to install.
10:We offer fully customizable designs to suit your requirements. We will make CAD drawings for your confirmation.
