Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer, with R&D and high standard production workshop;
Q2: Do you have the MOQ request?
A: Normally MOQ is 300pcs, but we can do customized items in less quantity;
Q3: What's the production lead time?
The lead time is 3-7 working days for samples, and 10-15 working days for bulk orders. It depends on the styles and designs you choose;
Q4: What is the warranty time for your products? If any is broken, what I will do?
A:3 years warranty for most of our products. During warranty time, we will arrange a new replacement for you free of charge for broken items.
Q5: Can I get OEM/ODM customized products for special applications?
A: We provide OEM and ODM service, design and produce as per customers' requirements. For example, different lengths, diameters, different voltages, and higher lumen efficiency of led, IP Class, etc.
Q6:Can you share a full product file when needed (spec sheet, IES file, HQ photos of product and application)?
A: yes, we have a laboratory with test equipment, so we can provide IES.and we take HQ products picture and application scenarios for you.
Q7: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: T/T, West Union, and Paypal.
Q8: What kind of shipping methods do you use?
