XPJ100 is a new type of pure siloxane defoamer which was first developed by Saiouxinyue for the fermentation industry. It breaks through the shortcoming of short inhibition time of common dimethyl silicone oil defoamer. Because the product is non-toxic and harmless and is beneficial to the growth of bacteria.
Products are widely used in lincomycin, gentamicin, acillin, erythromycin, oxytetracycline, neomycin, VB12, creatinine, xanthan gum, cordyceps powder, ganoderma lucidum fermentation process of fungus powder, cephalosporin powder, yeast and unsaturated fatty acids ARA, DHA and many other special biological; It is also used in general chemical industry defoaming applications.
Directly add the agent to the base material; It can also be mixed with polyether defoamer in the later stage to fill the tank, and the effect is better in the condition of stirring, the amount used is about 0.3-1‰ of the fermentation broth.
This product should be packed in 200KG plastic barrel. Storage should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. The product is valid at room temperature for one year. Freeze protection.
