REL 7132 resin is a reactive acrylic modified isophenyl neopentyl glycol unsaturated polyester resin with excellent weather resistance, high heat distortion temperature, excellent mechanical properties and excellent stain resistance, good thermal shock resistance and stable UV resistance.

REL 7132 resin is suitable for sheet products that require excellent stain resistance and mechanical properties without gel coat spraying. It is suitable for artificial marble and artificial sheet casting applications. REL 7132 resin can be made into void-free, solid surface casting products in a vacuum operation process with appropriate proportions. REL 7132 resin is properly mixed, catalyzed and cured to produce dressing tables that exceed ANSI124.6 stain resistance and thermal shock standards. Dressing tables made of REL 7132 resin and JM Huber OE 225 aluminum hydroxide have performance indicators exceeding 11,000 thermal cycles (23ºC/90ºC). For optimal stain resistance, 80ºC and post-curing after 4 hours are required.
