XPJ965 is a water-based silicone defoamer and antifoamer agent specially developed for paint printing ink industry.
The product contains effective ingredients of high performance. It can effectively control water-based coatings and foam in the ink; It is with good compatibility, not easy to produce flaws, does not affect the gloss and transparency, can improve ink/paint leveling, wettability, wear resistance and smoothness. The XPJ965 defoamer contains no alkyl pHenolic (APEO) adduct and is compatible with many systems including alkyd resin epoxy group polyester fiber polyurethane and ethylene etc.
It specially developed for coating ink industry water-based silicone defoaming agent, defoaming agent.
It can be determined according to the formula type, solvent type, resin system and solid content. Usually, the effect can be achieved in the range of 0.05-0.5% of the weight of the whole formula. The method of adding can be added in the process of grinding or after the end of production.
This product is packed in 25KG plastic drum or 200KG plastic drums. Storage should be in accordance with the standards of non hazardous chemicals. The product is valid at room temperature for one year. Indoor storage and protect it against freezing.
