High frequency welded pipe making machine is the main equipment for the welded steel tube production line with decoiler, strip feeding, roller forming and sizing, high frequency solid welding, cutting and stock. Right side are process flow chart of our pipe mill line.

Shear and Butt WeldingShear Butt Welder is an necessary part of the tube mill. It's function is to weld the steel strips end together. It contains strips entering device, shearing device, welding device, moving rack device, pneumatic or hydraulic system.
We have the pneumatic shear butt welder and Hydraulic shear butt welder.
Usually, for thin steel plate, customer can choose either the pneumatic and hydraulic one. When the thickness is more than 3mm, we suggest customer choose the hydraulic type.
In order to make the perfect weld quality, we use the Siemens touch screen and PLC, which can control the weld speed and current automatically.

It is an unloading platform of pipes cut by computerized saw. After the pipes falling, workers can quickly check the quality and package them for preparation of transportation.
