Product overview:
As a softener, this product has been polymerized by siloxanes, polyamines and polyether. Being of a targeted type, it shares quite excellent bulky, soft and thick capability. It could be used alone or matched with cation and nonion, to meet specific requirements from clients.

Performance and application:
1.With a long chain and linear chemical structure, it enjoys a good coating capability and permeability on the surface of fabrics;
2.It shares very sound matching capability and excellent compatibility with common textile auxiliary agents;
3.It won't sticky roller, sticky cylinder, oil floating or demulsification, etc.
4. Rear yellowing, particularly suitable for softening finishing of white and light color whitening fabrics;
5. It shares capabilities of high temperature resistance, high acid-alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, high shear resistance, no stratified level, with stable performance and simple application;
6.It makes fabrics bulky, smooth, soft and elastic with a long-lasting and wash-resistant style, with sound hydrophilic capability, and also improves the tear strength of fabrics;
7.It has better bulky effects on fabrics containing acrylic fiber, fiber, acrylic, cotton, silk fabric, polyester;
8.This product is environment-friendly, with no APEO nor NPEO, matching with GB environmental standard.
Range of application:
1.It could be applied to after-finishing of cotton, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic, etc. synthesized fiber yearns and fabrics in dyeing factories;
2.It could be used for soft, smooth and bright finishing of jeans, washed cloth, sweater, etc. in washing plants;
3.Tower and wig factories can use this product to attain a smooth and bright effect after finishing;
4.It can also be applied to softening finishing of knitted products in knitting mills before settling, to make cloth stretch until the required width without any deforming.
Applying method:
Impregnation:2-5%(o.w.f) bath ratio: 1:10~15,
temperature: at room temperature, time:15~30 minutes; gaining better effect when PH value lower than 6.0
Padding process:10-50g/L one impregnation and one padding or one impregnation and two padding
(This process is only for reference, so clients should do experiments on their own before use.)
Packaging and storing:
It should be stored in a 50kg or 125kg drum for anti-exposure and anti-refrigeration in a cool and dry place, sealed, with a shelf life for six months at the room temperature.
