PVC pipe production line, we can supply different machines for diameter from 16mm to 800mm .

Zhangjiagang city Beierman Machinery Multi Three layers 110-450mm PVC pipe co-extrusion line  , with GF series auxiliary machinery, specially designed for PVC pipe, is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc .

To settle 2 sets extruders to co-extrusion: 1 set for outer and inner layer making; 1 set for middle layer making.
The main conical twin screw extruder is a kind of special equipment for raw material PVC powder to extrude pipe.

The screw has applied oil cooling system, barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system, and the system is specially compute controlled. According to customer's requirements, most reasonable screw can be made in order to achieve best plasticity state and material quality, that is easier to extrude pipe.

For different diameter range pipe,will be equipped with corresponding different production lines.
