-PVC pipe extrusion making machine is mainly used in the production of Agricultural water supply & water discharge systems, architectural water supply & discharge systems, wire laying systems, etc. purposes.  - The unit consists of a Conical (Parallel) double screw extruder-PVC pipe mold-Vacuum forming tank-Haul-off machine-Cutting machine-Stacker/Belling machine.  -  the line can be equipped with a Comptroller thickening instrument or computer ink-jet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.

Screw Loader for Mixer→ Mixer unit→ Loader for Extruder→ Conical Twin Screw Extruder → Mould → Vacuum Calibration Tank → Haul-off → Planetary Cutter → Belling machine/ Tripping Table → Final Product Inspecting &Packing

Conical Twin Screw Extruder:
Different models for options: SJSZ51/105, SJSZ65/132, SJSZ80/156 and SJSZ92/188.
High quality electrical components, like Siemens, Omron, Fuji, Delta, etc.
Alloy screw & barrel, which guarantee high quality and stable output.
Equipped with high qualty gearbox and distributor.
Extruder control by PLC screen touch is available as well; PLC screen touch is from Siemens (customized).

PVC Pipe Mould:
Including mould body, die, mandrel, calibration sleeve.
Mould Material:40Cr,  forged steel Chrome plated
Calibration Sleeve material: Cast Copper

Stainless Steel Vacuum Calibration Tank:
Vacuum calibration Tank, SUS304 with spraying painting or pure SUS304 body is for option.
Available sizes for different pipe diameters from 16mm upto 800mm.
Equipped with famous and high-quality vacuum pump and water pump with overload protection; water temperature auto controlling.
4/6/8/10/12 cooling tubes installed inside of the Tank, with ABS sprayers.
5meters, 6meters, 9meters and other lengths for option, according to different pipe pressure requirements.

Haul-off Machine:
For different pipe diameters, we offer the suitable Haul off unit, like Double claw, Four-claw, three claw, four claw, six claw, eight claw, etc.
Machine speed control is with ABB Inverter.
Machine is controlled together with Vacuum calibration Tank and Cutter.

Cutter:
Normal Knife-lifting Cutter and Planetary Cutter are available for small and large pipe diameters.
Both types of cutters are equipped with dust collector.

Packaging: wooden pallet and PE film covered.
Shipping: 45 working days after receipt of the down-payment.

Term of payment: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before delivery
