FS-ZD-D150 double-deck multiline automatic pouch layer is connected to multiline packaging machine. It can be significantly improve product quality, improve labor productivity, save labor, save space for production, and provide good guarantee for the production of follow up automation line production.
Main function:
(1) Detection function: each column can reliably detect whether there is a part of the feeding bag.
(2)Counting function: it can measure the number of single bags and the total number of production, and it can be a human intervention counting process.
(3)Folding Pouch function: Folding bags are regular and uniform, The way of adjustment is intuitionistic and quick.

A1: Yes, 4 lanes, 6 lanes, 8 lanes pouch loader can be customized.
Q2:How long does it take to deliver the machine after the order & deposit?
A2:Usually it will take 30 working days to delivery for our regular products. If the machines need to be customized, it will take about 60 working days to manufacture the machine and make it ready to deliver.

A3 : Our regular payment term is T/T 30% deposit ,70% again B/L copy or L/C at sight.
