Performance and Characteristics
This machine is used for slitting and rewinding various large rolling materials such as paper,(150g/m2-800g/m2)cellophane paper, bill paper, double-face adhesive tape, PVC, OPP, PET, etc.
This machine use microcomputer control,magnetic powder cluth style tension control,and also with central winding style.
Mian motor use frequency converter for timing,it has the functions of automatic metering,automatic alarm,etc.
Adopt single shaft rewinding.
It adopts photoelectric automatic error correction adjustment system for unwind-ing,anomalistic materials will be easy slit.(or liquid press style subtense system).
Equipped with automatic waste film blowing device. Manual material loading for unwinding(or pneumatic automatic material loading)with taper cover style pneumatic shaft
