Product Description
1.The main energy consumption of the production line i.e. glass heating is provided by natural gas, so as to greatly reduce the power demand.2. Owing to inner circulation forced convection, the heat exchange tube inside chiller is heated by burning natural gas, and adjustable constant pressure air supply system spray the heat air stream onto glass, which is also heated by the radiant heat from high temperature heat exchange tube at the same time. By way of the above different heating forms, the off-line Low-E glass ( E≥0.015 ) can be tempered quickly.
3. By use of automatic control system for safety burning of natural gas, to ensure the safety of operation.
4. The production line configure with a reasonable waste heat recovery system for burning natural gas, its essence is efficient energy utilization.
Application:
High grade industrial instrumentation ,lamp ,high grade domestic appliances ,interior decoration ,automobile ,trains ,ships ,thin flat tempered laminated glass for architecture ,and LOW-E(E≥0.015) glass.
Others:
All Sizes are based on millimeter and the capacity subjected to 5mm glass at 85% utilization and 100% end-product rate ,the change of equipment configuration will be in accordance with the difference of glass thickness range ,it is depended on actual design.
Remark:
Millimeter is taken for all above calculations ,capacity is calculated on 5mm glass .actual production also can be increased according to customer's requirements ,the change of produce line configuration will be accordance with the difference of glass thickness range ,it is depended on actual design.
