Pharmacological action
Water soluble vitamins include vitamin B and vitamin C, which are soluble in water but insoluble in non-polar organic solvents. In addition to carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, some of these vitamins also contain nitrogen, sulfur and other elements. Different from fat soluble vitamins, water-soluble vitamins are less stored in the body, and most of the excess water-soluble vitamins absorbed from the intestine are excreted from the urine. Water soluble vitamins are almost non-toxic, high intake generally will not cause poisoning, if the intake is too little, the lack of symptoms will appear quickly.
Effect
Vitamin A: generally, it is not a typical deficiency, and will not affect vision, but its impact on reproductive performance is different. If the chicken is deficient, it will show a decrease in egg production rate and epidemic power, and the chicken is prone to infection
Vitamin D3: its role is to promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, improve immunity
Vitamin E: its function is to improve antioxidant capacity, reproductive performance and immunity
Vitamin K has hemostatic effect. In general, we must pay attention to the use of vitamin K3 at the beginning of production.
Vitamin B: vitamin B1 can promote fluidization, but it is easy to be oxidized in feed.
