Product Feature:
SYS-101 is a semi-auto sealing machine for My Clear Bag (209 bag) and L shape folder (E310 folder).
Operator put the bag or folder under the sealing tool, and start sealing, then pull the sealed product out for further processing.
My clear bag has two edges for sealing, so it needs to be sealed by this machine twice manually. While it's applicable for L shape folder too. If you produce mainly My clear bag, we recommand SYS 101A, New type SYS-101A can be used only for My bag, but not for L shapge folder. It is more safer than old type -- it has robot hand, which automatically pulls the bag into machine for sealing the two sides, so that the operator does NOT need to put the bag under the sealing tool. Bags to be sealed go into the machien from one side and come out from the other side, the working performance is much better than before.
Usage: AC\FC bag & "L" shape bag automatic welding.
Feature: Welding time, welding side and welding type (auto or manual) can be set by PLC.
