Product Description
1.Brief Introduction:
The material of the product is natural nano bentonite which is firstly selected. Through water purification, nano stripping, sodium modification, reaming surface and calcination; the material finally turn into this product. It is a refined, sodium-based montmorillonite product.

3.Typical Applications:
1)Feed Additive: The principal constituent of this product is montmorillonite which belongs to natural mineral feed category. It can be added directly into feed additive with the function of moisture absorption and anti agglomeration, as a result, the forming rate of the pellet feed can be greatly improved. This product can also be used as binder for pellet feed and has a significant absorption for aflatoxin in the feed. It can greatly alleviate the harm from aflatoxin to the growth and reproduction of the animals, relieve the harm from Fungal toxin in the feed, especially the aflatoxin, to animal bodies, enhance animal immunity.
2)Feed Additive Carrier: The montmorillonite in this product is excellent carrier and diluent, with the characteristics of high adsorption capacity, high cation exchange capacity, high surface layer charge density, stable chemical structure and chemical property etc. It's an excellent carrier and diluent for feed additive. This product can be mixed with fungicides(propionic acid, sodium diacetate etc), which can greatly improve anti-mold effects. JY-FNP can also be mixed with yeast cell wall, chitosan etc, which can improve anti-mildew effect. It can be used as suspending agent and nutrient carrier by mixing with zymin.
3)Protective agent, anti-diarrhea additive for stomach and intestines: The montmorillonite in the product has an excellent dispersion, suspension property. It appears alkaline when disperses in the water and can form a protective film on the inner wall of the stomach which can protect the stomach and intestines. JY-FNP has an excellent adsorption capacity and has the obvious effect of anti diarrhea.
4.Usage Methods :
Used as feed additive.
1)Adsorbent for aflatoxin, the recommended level is 0.5-3kg/ton.
2)Adsorbent for moisture, anticaking agent; the recommended level is 1-3% of the total system.
3)Binder, the recommended level is 2-4% of the total system.
Used as feed additive carrier.
