Product Introduction:

V Packing Seals are one of the seals used for reciprocating motion, its section shows a V shape. We seldom use them alone, normally, combination using of pressing ring, back-up ring and several v rings, the number of v rings depend on the pressure.

V Packing Seals are mould pressing of rubber with fabric or rubber, normally NBR with fabric, hard rubber for press ring and back-up ring, hard plastic is also used for back-up ring. V Packing Seals mainly apply to piston and piston rod of overload equipments, providing good abrasive resistance and stability, as well as preventing extruding seals out of the gap. Moreover, it can provide best sealing even under harsh condition, like temperature change, unexpected pressure, axial/radial vibration, etc.
