The SunPass STYLE 6500FG Aramid fiber braided packing is crafted from continuous filament Kevlar yarn by DuPont, impregnated with PTFE emulsion and processed with a lubricant and fiberglass. Given its steel-like strength and modulus, this packing outperforms other braided packing options. It exhibits exceptional resistance to harsh media and higher pressures. The SunPass STYLE 6500FG can be installed independently or as end rings with other types of packing, allowing for the combination of various characteristics into a comprehensive seal packing ring set.
Application:
1.STYLE 6500FG can be used in rotary pump, valves, piston pumps, mixers, reactors, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, food, sugar, chemical and petrochemical, power stations, steel mills and many area. Also ideal as anti-extrusion rings in combination with softer packing.
2.STYLE 6500FG is suitable for most chemicals, water, steam, oils, solvents, abrasive sand, slurry and other gritty media.
