Glass Fused to Steel Drinking Water Tanks consist of Glass-Fuse-to-Steel, special sealant, self-locking bolts, and other accessories. And among them, the enamel sheet is the most important part. Enamel sheet is finished where Glass and Steel are fused together to achieve the best of both: strength and flexibility of the steel combined with the superior corrosion resistance of the glass.

Quality Control of Fire Sprinkler Water Storage Tanks

2. Recipe finalized small samples test : enamel fluidity test, chromatic difference analysis, enamel burning experiment, acid and alkali resistance testing, glossy, adhesion etc,
3. Middle stage products test: amplification experiment simulated environment;
4. Destructive testing, detection, impact test, 1500 V holiday test, sliced electric microscope analysis.
