FEATURES CHIK Double row deep groove ball bearings corresponds in design to single row deep groove ball bearings. They are designed for high to very high speeds and are used where the load carrying capacity of single row deep groove ball bearings is not sufficient. Double row deep groove ball bearings are wider than single row deep groove ball bearings of the same bore and outside diameter but have a significantly higher load carrying capacity.
CAGES CHIK double row deep groove ball bearings without a cage suffix have a sheet steel cage. For specific purpose polymer cages might be used which has better friction and lubrication capabilities.
SEALING AND LUBRICATION Mainly these bearings are produced in sealed version, however, other types are available on request. Sealed version ensures great lubrication on working conditions as additional lubrication might not be sufficient for this bearing design. CRAFT bearings grease is a low noise bearing grease which is thickened by lithium 12-hydroxy stearic, it is made from deeply refined mineral oil with rust and oxidation inhibitors through special technical process. Applied temperature range -20 C - +120 C.
