VORTEX RATE OF FLOW MEASURING SENOR MODEL, LUGB is used in measurement of gas, liquid, and steam flow in all kinds of industries widely, and also is suitable for measurement of thick liquid with weeny particle and small granule .It is also suitable for working as the flow transmission sensor in automation control system.
VORTEX TYPE FLOW MEASURING SENOR MODEL , LUGB WITH ANTIBLAST INSTRUMENT accord with any rule and standards of GB3836-2000 (Anti-blast electrical equipment in volatile environment), its mark is "ExiaIICT4 , this model is suitable for working in the factory Class C group and other under this class places.
Function characteristic
a) All electrical parts (including sensor part ) can be replaced while liquid isn't shut off (only adopting caliber from
40Φ-500Φ), this peculiarity is initiated and push out in domestic and it has obtained the national patent.
b) Less pressure losing, there is wide measurement range that can be from 10-25.
c) No moveable part, high operation credibility, construction simple, easy for installation and maintenance.
d) The detector models have some vibration-protection function because of adopting anti-jamming circuit design and
anti-vibrating sensor .It makes the instrument to be anti-vibration.
e) The measured medium temperature can reach at +350ºC(+450ºC)
