Expanded graphite is a kind of loose porous wormlike material which is obtained from natural graphite flake by intercalation, washing, drying and high temperature expansion. Expanded graphite at high temperature can instantly expand the volume of 150~300 times, from flake to wormlike, thus loose structure, porous bending, surface area expansion, surface energy improvement, adsorption of flake graphite force, wormlike graphite can be self-inserted, so as to increase its softness, resilience and plasticity.
Particle sizes: from 325mesh to 35mesh
Carbon content: from 90 to 99.99%
Expansion ratio: 150 to 300 times.
