What is eugenol oil ?
Eugenol, chemically known as 4-allyl-2-methoxyphenol, is an organic compound with the formula C10H12O2 and is a colorless to yellowish liquid slightly soluble in water.
Use
It is mainly used as the main fragrance agent for preparing cloves, carnation, carnation and other flavors, and can also be used as edible spices, insecticides and preservatives.
