3.Usage:
Place the sample on a firm plane, hold the durometer, press the pin on the sample smoothly at least 12mm from the edge of the sample, press the needle vertically into the sample, and even the reading within 1S when the pressure foot is in complete contact with the sample.The hardness values were measured 5 times at different locations where the measuring points were at least 6mm apart, and the average values were taken (measuring points of microporous materials were at least 15mm apart).In order to stabilize the measurement conditions and improve the measurement accuracy, the hardness tester device should be measured on the same type measurement rack in the supporting production place.
