Introduction:
Qufu TEMB as a professional car speaker manufacturer, can produce 3000000 pieces tweeter, midrange and woofer speakers per year. It mainly produces 1~6.5-inch cone speakers and 1~2.5-inch dome speakers. The product has the characteristics of good temperature resistance, high protection grade and high sensitivity.
R& D Capacity:
In the R&D, TEMB's experienced engineers and technicians carry out researches on new materials.state-of-art components and advacned product designs with the help of an anechoic chamber,test instruments and simulation sofwares.
Design and development use UG, Solidworks, CATIA, ProE, CAXA.
CAE analysis uses COMSOL for mechanical analysis;
Magnetic circuit simulation adopts FEM/FINEMOTOR for simulation;
Acoustic simulation uses FINECONE/COMSOL for simulation.

We are OE supplier in domestic market. Ever since 2013, we have been exporting to many countries, including southeast Asia, Europe, North Ameria and South America.
The company currently has three speaker production lines with a comprehensive annual production capacity of more than 4 million pieces; one of which is a domestic advanced automated speaker production line with an annual output of 1.8 million pieces. It is an automated production line tailored by our company in combination with products, which can realize iron basin speakers. It can also complete the assembly of the plastic frame speaker, and the production product can cover 0.5 inch to 8 inch speakers. A semi-automatic internal magnetic speaker production line with an annual output of 1 million pieces. The annual production capacity of an automated internal magnetic production line can reach 1.2 million pieces. It is outstanding in terms of consistency and stability of product quality, which can meet the production of various specifications of loudspeakers required by customers and the capacity needs of customers.
