New Technical Jelly Candy and Gummy Candy Production Line

Cooking system is consists of jacket cooker and storage tank.  
Jacket cooker is used to dissolving sugar, glucose syrup, water and other ingridients.It can melt ingridients uniform with scrape stir.  
After raw materials melted, transfer the liquid to storage tank by transfer pipe and pumps to make sure continuous producing.
The depositing system is consists of flavor and color mixer, oil sprayer and depositor.
Syrup will be mixed with flavor and color in the mixer, and then will transfer to hopper start to deposit, oil sprayer inject oil on molds to make candies de-mould easier. 
The cooling system is consists of cooling tunnel, refrigrating machine, de-moulding device and PU belt.
After depositing, candies will be conveyed to cooling tunnel, and will be cooled, demoulded and conveyed to outlet by PU belt.
