MD-25CNC-6A-2S pipe bending machine is an 6-axis 2-layer die belt push-bending,left-right bending model independently developed by our company on the basis of foreign advanced technology.
This machine has functions and features that are not available on many ordinary automatic pipe bending machines at present,and can meet the requirements that the workpieces on many pipe bending machines can't be bending and formed at one time.The control system of this machine is composed of Taiwan Delta industrial control system,equipped with a 15-inch color high-definition touchscreen,which has the advantages of simple operation,easy to use,large storage space,and fast response.The entire bending workpiece can be coherently
completed in one go,saving the entire bending time.The machine also has the function of importing U disk drawings,which can directly
import the ready-made 3D drawings into the industrial control system,and the industrial control system can import the size of the drawings on the machine and demonstrate them into 3D graphics to automatically simulate the forming of pipe fittings.Automatically detect the
interference position when the workpiece is bending.Solved the function that the ordinary pipe bender needs to manually input the size.
This machine is controlled by all-electric,no hydraulic system is needed,which avoids the pressure instability caused by the increase or
decrease of the oil temperature of the oil pressure system of the ordinary elbow,and then the situation of inaccurate bending size.
The gear transmission structure of the machine head is independently developed by the company.The high-strength precision gear structure ensures the bending accuracy of the machine head during the bending process,reduces the rebound of the workpiece,reduces the scrap
rate of the workpiece,increases the output of the workpiece,and improves the plant efficiency.
