Vertical CNC Milling Machine
1.1 DESCRIPTION

The heavy-duty cutting capability of the machine tool has been greatly improved, and the output torque of the spindle is twice that of ordinary models.
The main structure of the machine adopts modularization, a strong and closed box structure design, with good overall rigidity and strong heavy-duty cutting capability X/Y axis heavy-duty roller linear guideway.
1.2 FEATURE
2.X/Y/Z axis feed mechanism: AC servo motor + coupling + high-precision ball screw (pre-tightening treatment is adopted between the ball screw and the nut, the whole stroke
is inspected, and the clearance is eliminated structure.
3.The Z-axis is driven by a high-power servo motor with brake (without mechanical balance device) to ensure that the machine tool has a high dynamic response speed, and is equipped with a Sudden drop function (that is, Z-direction anti-fall and rapid lifting when power is off, preventing damage to tools or workpieces).

Suitable for precision parts processing such as aerospace, automobile manufacturing, mold manufacturing, hardware processing, etc.
