Ni Seplife® FF (NTA) is a new type of affinity chromatography media independently developed by Sunresin. It is formed by binding aminotriacetate groups to fast flow agarose gel filtration chromatography media and then chelating metal ions Ni2+. Ni Seplife® FF (NTA) uses the affinity adsorption of histidine and metal ions in the sample components for separation and purification. It has good specificity, fast flow rate, more stable chelated metal ions and is not easy to fall off. It can tolerate higher reducing agents and has stable physical and chemical properties, good batch consistency, uniform particle size, and good separation effect.
Ni Seplife® FF (NTA) is used to separate and purify polypeptides, proteins, nucleotides, phosphorylated proteins and recombinant proteins with His tags that can be adsorbed by metal ions.
