In normal temperature circumstance(under 150 C), the polyester needle felt will satisfy the bag filter systems, if the temperature on the high side, such as tail gas/fume/dust from metallurgical plant, carbon black plant, iron works(blast furnace gas), cement plant (tail gas from vertical kiln), petroleum fumes from mixing round the beton and asphaltum, coal fired boiler, etc, the normal filter method won't work.

Material Structure: High tencity polyester yarn, circular woven in plain weave, one side polyurethane-coating, for maximumair permeability on the uncoated side, specially designed for good air transport.

4. Needle punched non woven felt in Material of PP, Polyester, Acrylic, P84, PTFE, Nomex (Aramid), PPS, etc Weightness: 100GSM to 3000GSM.

5. Spunbond non Woven in material of PP, Polyester, or PP/PE bicomponent.
Weightness: 10GSM to 280GSM.
Be able to be pleated, and to be made cartridges.
And Widely used for packaging.

6. Filter bags in various material.
Thread Sewing or Welding. Standard size #1#2#3#4 or your special size.
