PRODUCTION DETAILS
PP liquid filter bag is made of polypropylene fiber, 100 percent of polypropylene fiber through needle forming, forming a three-dimensional and highly fluffy three-dimensional filter layer. The characteristics of the PP fiber is loose tissue, increase the amount of filtering impurities, large particle impurities on the surface of the fiber can be intercepted, fine particles and some soft particles can be deep fibre capture, so as to achieve a higher filtration efficiency, but also ensure that the use is not easy to damage. In addition, PP liquid bag surface produced by the company after the high temperature singeing pressure light processing, can prevent the limited in use process, fiber by liquid high speed impact and scattered, so as to avoid clogging the filtrate two times pollution and filtering holes. At the same time, the pressure difference is small, which does not affect the flow rate of the filtrate.

We mainly produce 6 range of filter products:
1. Woven filter cloth (multi or mono filament)
In material of PA66. Polyester, PP, PVA, xxxxx
2. Belt filter cloth
Belt fabric in mateiral of Polyester.
Dewatering belt, spiral belt, drying belt, etc.
3. Ari slide belt.
Thickness: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm
Standard length: Up to 500 m (1650 ft. )
Material Structure: High tencity polyester yarn, circular woven in plain weave, one side polyurethane-coating, for maximumair permeability on the uncoated side, specially designed for good air transport.
4. Needle punched non woven felt in Material of PP, Polyester, Acrylic, P84, PTFE, Nomex (Aramid), PPS, etc Weightness: 100GSM to 3000GSM.
5. Spunbond non Woven in material of PP, Polyester, or PP/PE bicomponent.
Weightness: 10GSM to 280GSM.
Be able to be pleated, and to be made cartridges.
And Widely used for packaging.
6. Filter bags in various material.
Thread Sewing or Welding. Standard size #1#2#3#4 or your special size.
