Overview

NP type plastic chemical pumps used in-20°C -110°C. of acid,alkali and chemical contamination of the liquid. Typical applications include chemical and metal processing industries,steel and stainless steel pickling acid regeneration, coking desulfurization, and air purification and cleaning wastewater.

NP type plastic centrifugal chemical pumps are horizontal, plastic spiral and single-stage radial impeller. Pump flange mounting dimensions and import and export compliance EN 22858/IS02858.

Chemical standard pumps of type NP are used,when using acids, alkalis or chemically contaminated media or are to be conveyed without solids. Their areas of application are the chemical industry, electroplating, steel or stainless steel pickling plants, evaporation and regeneration plants, flue gas cleaning after waste incineration as well as exhaust air purification and wastewater treatment.

3.Impeller: available in closed or semi-open design.

4.Hydraulics designed according to the latest calculation methods, which means: good suction behavior due to low NPSH values, low mechanical vibrations of the components, long service life roller bearings and the mechanical seal, low running noise.

5.Positive locking of the impeller prevents the impeller from turning loose if the motor rotates in the wrong direction.

6.Dead space-free seal chamber ensures a continuous fluid exchange.

7.Rigid shaft guarantees a long service life the mechanical seal.
