Breakway nut Introduction
Non-Removable breakaway nut provide a permanent, one-way, high security fastening making them unsuitable for applications wherein routine maintenance would require their removal. Installed and tightened using standard tools, the hexagonal section breaks off once the required torque is reached, leaving the tightened conical section which cannot be easily loosened.
