To ensure the explosion-proof performance, after the raw materials are melt with scientific ratio, QC personnel will take sample piece to do drop weight and friction test according to GB/T 10686-2013 standard. The test is conducted under the highest level ExIIC,  hydrogen concentration 21%. Only if the samples are tested qualified can the next step of production be carried out. 
After using the tools, what should I do to care for it?

1. After use, the surface should be cleaned of dirt and accumulation, and stored in a dry and safe place.
2. Percussion tool products should not be continuously struck, and there should be appropriate intermittent for more than ten times, and at the same time, the debris adhered to the product part should be removed in time before continuing to use.
3. Wrench products should not be used with excessive force, and should not be used to lengthen the force arm with casing or binding other metal bars, and to use hammer (except for hammer wrench) to screw the knob fasteners.
4. The cutting edge tools should be placed in the sink and gently touch the grinding wheel for sharpening, and should not be too strong and contact with the grinding wheel for too long.
5. In the actual operation of smashing tools, it is necessary to remove the on-site debris and the oxide corroded by the working face to prevent the impact of a third party.
