Features
1 Circular furnace is the radiant heating surface of boiler; unique threaded tubes are convectional heating surface of fuel portion.
2. The heating surface of exhaust gas portion is composed with flat tubes or threaded tubes.
3. The threaded surface of flue gas side increases gas rotating flow, therefore it enhances the heat transfer coefficient.
4. Inspection holes are in front and back of the boiler (cleaning door), therefore it is easy to clean.
5. Burner is arranged at the side of boiler, so that the operation and maintenance are both convenient.
The boiler is suitable for cargo ships, general cargo ships and so on less steam consumption ships, safe and reliable, fuel saving, and well received by users.
