Description of Waste Heat Power Generation Boiler:
The waste heat boiler adopts forced circulation, that is, steam and water working fluid are driven by external force (feed water pump, hot water circulation pump) in the pipe. This can make the heating surface layout very compact and without any restrictions.
Waste heat boiler usually consists of 3 parts:
1. Inlet&outlet smoke box,
2. Economizer
3. Evaporator
4. Superheater
5. Steam drum
Waste heat power generation boiler is installed on the flue duct of the Ore smelting electric arc furnace tail to achieve the purpose of recovering flue gas heat and protecting the environment. It is of great practical significance to effectively reduce energy consumption and promote the sustainable development of renewable energy.
