Electro galvanized wire production line is used for zinc plating on black iron wire and black annealing wire. The equipment and galvanized formula is adopt most advanced technology, with sealed acid pickling, no acid smell .
Product application:
The finished electro galvanized wire surface is shinning and dezincification. It is widely used in various fields, such as construction, handicraft, wire mesh, wall mesh, highway fence, product packaging and daily civilian.
Production Line Configuration:
Pay off → Acid pickling tank → Cold water washing tank → Electro galvanized tank→ Drain chemical liquid tank → Cold water washing tank → Hot water washing tank → Electric drying device → Take up

2. Acid pickling tank:
Acid pump and water pump make the acid liquid and water work circularly, then clean annealed wire better.
3. Galvanizing tank:It makes sure that the finished galvanized wire has good quality.
4. Hot water tank and electric drying with air-blowing:Used for cleaning and drying galvanized wire.
5. Take up machine:
There are two types take up machines, adopted frequency control system, good for making galvanizing wire and easy to operate.
