Spray Method

2. Precise Glass Spray Nozzle: made of special glass,able to adjust spray volume
and spray angle, ensure without salt crystal blocking working withing 5000
hours and fog uniformly
3. Fog Spray quantity: adjustable type 1-2ml(ml/80cm2/h) (average quantity

Mechanical Structure
1. The internal chamber & testing made of CPVC sheet ;
2. Salt water adding barrel with hidden water level observation gauge, easy to
clean, and not easy broken. 3. Saturated air bucket with SUS#304 stainless steel, pressure resistant barrel to
ensure good heat preservation effect. 4. Testing room sample shelf adopts plane graduated rack, free adjustment to the
angle, fog and mist completely consistent of the four corners, more quantity of
test pieces placed.

Operating and Installation Environment Requirements :
The equipment operating environment under room temperature 30 ºC and
with good ventilation condition; It is strongly recommended to install air
conditioner and ventilation devices in the laboratory for constant temperature , ventilation, air circulation purposes. More than 70cm distance between wall and machine on left ,right and back
sides, more than 150cm on the front side
