1. Noise is one of the disadvantages of chain drive, especially several hundred of rollers work together. It will occur loud noise. But 23R seires adopt high performance polyamide sprocket (known as nylon sprocket) asdrive element, it will low the noise much in operation.
2. Precision ball bearing, plastic bearing house and end cup are the main parts of bearing components. It is not only in good apperance ,but also makes roller more quietly.
3. The end cover of this roller with be dustproof and water splash proof in operation.
4. Design of bearing components, make it be capable to work in specical environment.
5. Work temperature: 0 to +40ºC
