Supports have two parts:left and right
A pairs were used on disk harrow , they are used to support the spring seat and the spring,disk harrow is common agricultural machinery.
The production process of Supports includes hot die forging, quenching+tempering and CNC.
Supports need to bear a strong pressure , so their material is chosen to be DIN42CrMo4,and through the hot die forging and QT , In order to improve their mechanical properties and hardness of the products, and thus enhance their stiffness and wear resistance.
Because the product needs interference fit, enough smooth surface roughness, high precision of size and shape tolerance, we use CNC and custom tooling for product accuracy.
