Q2:What materials can you process?
A2:Carbon Steel(including high strength steel), stainless steel,Special Alloy Steel for Special use.
Q3:What surface treatment can you provide at present?
A3:Polishing, painting, sandblasting, etc.
Q4: What kind of equipment do we have for Further processing and Material preparing with CNC machining?
A4:We have Swiss-type lathes, turning and milling machines, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers, gear hobbing machines, gear shaping machines, wire cutting machines, EDM machines, grinders, etc.
Q5:What welding processes do you use?
A5: Our proprietary welding processes vary for different materials and structures.
We mainly use CO2 welding/ Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) for customized welding of carbon steel materials. We also have Submerged Arc Welding(SAW) technology for welding large quantities of structural components.
We will use argon arc welding(GTAW/TIG) for other types of materials such as stainless steel. In addition, we will also use laser welding and pressure welding according to the actual order requirements.
Q6: Do we use Heat treatment?
A6: For different material and processes we use temper and other procedures like QC to deal with material and prepared structures.
