NAEC begin to develop offshore pipe tubular fabrication equipments and technologies since year 2006. We believe by move main fabrication job in workshop with logical fabrication workflow and efficient handling system will highly improve the fabrication efficiency and further improve customer's profit.
Offshore Pipe Tubular is rolled from a steel plate with approximate length 3M. In our design we suggest single 3M length sections can be fitted-up to a 12M length shell. And the 12M shell can be extended to required length. We integrated advanced and high efficient fabrication technology such as tandem welding and multi-wire welding into our design, designed machines suitable for different seams welding. Such whole planning and design has been implemented in the offshore fabrication base of CNPC.
Our offshore pipe tubular fabrication solution cover from plate cutting, plate edge milling, shot blasting and painting, plate rolling, longitudinal seam welding, section fitting-up, preheat treatment, circumferential seam welding, shell fitting-up and extension, non-destructive testing solution. Our present offshore pipe tublar fabrication capability suitable for pile/ rack diameter range from 500mm to 5000mm.
