The FIVESTAR Radiator Production Line provides a comprehensive solution for the production of header-type panel radiators. Our designs combine innovative design principles, unique control features, and quality construction to make the machines straightforward, versatile, and affordable.
The whole line is composed of automatic decoiler, roll form press machine, magnetic turning table, multiple spot welder, side seam welding machine, head welding machine, side shearing machine, head cutting machine, and controlling cabinets, etc. The sizes of radiators are 320, 460, 480, 520, 535, or custom-design (as per the client's actual requirement). This line is a fully automatic production line from coil strips to well-made radiator panels, all the processes are finished online. All parameters are set on HMI, the operating is very convenient.
