The breathing exerciser comprises a main chamber, marker, indicator ball, piston, inhale tubing, mouthpiece, one-way valve, and other main accessories. Adjustable target indicator provides a volumetric guideline for adequate lung exercise. Clear and legible identification of volumes. How to Use:
| 1 | Open the package and take out the breathing exercise. |
| 2 | Take out the inhale tubing with a mouthpiece from the handle, pull the inhale tubing to the required length, and connect the end of the inhale tubing with the intake of the breathing exercise. |
| 3 | Slide the green marker to the volume(ml) prescribed by your doctor. |
| 4 | Hold the incentive spirometer in an upright position. |
| 5 | Exhale deeply and exhale as much air as possible, then hold the mouthpiece, and inhale as deeply and evenly as you can, causing the indicator ball to rise toward and stay in the middle of the smiling face position so that the piston rises slowly and remains as long as possible. |
| 6 | Remove the breathing exercise and exhale. |
| 7 | Repeat steps 3 and 4 for 10-15 minutes after deep breathing training, then rest with normal breathing. Users can use breathing exercises for deep breathing exercises, and record the maximum that can be achieved; patients after surgery can carry out deep breathing training under the guidance of medical staff. |
