Vacuum Blood Collection Platelet Rich Plasma ACD+GEL PRP Tube
PRP is a treatment that involves isolating and concentrating a patient's own platelets, which contain growth factors and other healing agents, and injecting them into an injured or damaged area to promote healing and regeneration.
They contain ACD anticoagulant as well as a special inert gel that separates PRP from red and heavy blood cells for easy and safe PRP intake. Plastic vacuum vials, 10ml, sterile, non-pyrogenic. Available in a single individual.
Platelet-rich plasma is prepared from fresh blood by low-speed centrifugation. Centrifuge the collected whole blood at a low speed of 27.5-37.5 rpm for 15-20 min (or 1220 rpm for 5 min) within 4-6 h at room temperature, so that the red blood cells and white blood cells basically sink. Because of the light weight of platelets, most of them remain in the upper plasma, and separate the upper plasma, which is the blood-rich small plate plasma, and more than 70% of the platelets in the whole blood can be obtained. It is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of bleeding in patients with thrombocytopenia and thrombocytopenia caused by various reasons.
