One Step Anti-Syphilis Strip Test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of anti-syphilis antibodies in serum as an aid in the diagnosis of syphilis infection. Test results are read visually without any instrument. It is based on the principle of double antigen sandwich immunoassay for determination of syphilis antibodies in serum. Purified recombinant syphilis antigens are employed to identify anti-Syphilis antibodies specifically. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

Product Principle of Treponema Pallidum test strip
One Step Anti-Syphilis Test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of anti-syphilis
antibodies in serum as an aid in the diagnosis of syphilis infection.
Test results are read visually without any instrument.
It is based on the principle of double antigen sandwich immunoassay for determination of syphilis
antibodies in serum.
Purified recombinant syphilis antigens are employed to identify anti-Syphilis antibodies specifically.
This one step TP/syphilis test kit is very sensitive and only takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
Storage and stability:1.The test kit is to be stored at refrigerator (2-8ºC) or at room temperature (up to 30ºC) in the sealed pouch.
2.The test device is stable through the expiration date printed on the sealed pouch.
3.The test device must remain in the sealed pouch until use.
4.Do not freeze the kit or expose the kit over 30°C.
Assay procedure:
Step 1: Bring the specimen and test components to room temperature if refrigerated or frozen. Mix the specimen well prior to assay once thawed.
Step 2: When ready to test, open the pouch at the notch and remove device. Place the test device on a clean, flat surface.
Step 3: Make sure to label the device with specimen's ID number.
Step 4: Fill the pipette dropper with the specimen.
Holding the dropper vertically, dispense 2-3 drop (about 60-90 ml) of specimen into the sample well making sure that there are no air bubbles.
Step 5: Set up the timer.
Step 6: Results can be read in 10 minutes.
